The best-known cable car in the Chiemgau – the Kampenwandbahn takes guests from Aschau to the 1,500 m high Kampenwand. In summer a starting point for varied MTB tours with fantastic panoramic views of Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. Bike transport in the colourful gondolas possible. At the top, the Sonnenalm with panoramic terrace awaits. Operated year-round.
